Yoga

Class Description: Combined styles of Power and Hatha Yoga (accessible to all levels; small class sizes for personal instruction). Group classes limited to first 10 students registered.

Instructor Bio: Sharing his personal experience, Warren teaches yoga and meditation classes by integrating Eastern philosophy into Western culture. Warren has the ability to provide a safe, physically challenging yoga experience specific to individuals in a private setting or dynamic small group classes. While Warren typically blends a sequence of Hatha and Power Vinyasa styles of yoga promoting breathe awareness, balance, deep relaxation and self-healing, he is also able to incorporate proper alignment instruction while focusing on individual development. In addition to yoga, Warren is also highly trained in Vipassana meditation and integrates Anapanasati (awareness of in and out breathing) into yoga classes and private instruction. As a former competitive bodybuilder, powerlifter and National Physique Judge, Warren has seen how yoga practice can be a great contributor to physical fitness, nutrition, and wellness.

  • Thursday Private or Semi-Private 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM
  • Friday Group 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM
