Class Description:This unique pilates class is designed to streamline the body while increasing flexibility, balance and strength. Power Pilates includes a blend of both standing and mat pilates. All levels welcome!

Core Conditioning Camp by Taryn Bagrosky
Class Description: Join Taryn for a 4 week dynamic, core based 4 week intensive class! This class is designed for maximum results with a blend of Power Pilates, plyometrics, weights and cardio. She'll re-energize your workouts with a totally different approach to pilates training!
Who: Those looking to tone up, increase core strength and improve flexibility. Great way to prepare for ski season!

Real Body Boot Camp
Class Description: Good for all fitness levels and age ranges, Real Body Boot Camp is everything you've been looking for in a workout. RBBC isn't a traditional military boot camp...it's the boot camp of the future challenging your body and your mind.
Each workout you'll have an amazing experience not just another boring and dreaded workout doing exercises you've done a hundred times before.
Come take advantage of this low-cost way to get in the best shape of your life! RBBC has a fun and challenging team atmosphere with camps that are small enough to get "one-on-one" attention while building camaraderie and motivation working with others like you.

Yoga
Class Description: Combined styles of Power and Hatha Yoga (accessible to all levels; small class sizes for personal instruction). Group classes limited to first 10 students registered.
Instructor Bio: Sharing his personal experience, Warren teaches yoga and meditation classes by integrating Eastern philosophy into Western culture. Warren has the ability to provide a safe, physically challenging yoga experience specific to individuals in a private setting or dynamic small group classes. While Warren typically blends a sequence of Hatha and Power Vinyasa styles of yoga promoting breathe awareness, balance, deep relaxation and self-healing, he is also able to incorporate proper alignment instruction while focusing on individual development. In addition to yoga, Warren is also highly trained in Vipassana meditation and integrates Anapanasati (awareness of in and out breathing) into yoga classes and private instruction. As a former competitive bodybuilder, powerlifter and National Physique Judge, Warren has seen how yoga practice can be a great contributor to physical fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
